VARANA STONE is inspired by the distinctive stone quarried near the village of Varana in the Apennines between Tuscany & Emilia (Italy). It’s a sedimentary rock formed by the accumulation of different types of sand on ancient seabeds. The graphic development features various sedimented layers that seems to flow in harmony between each others, in a dialogue of Cross Cut & Vein Cut with the addition of two distinctive tridimensional decorative accents, Tweed & Block, to offer to interior designers an invaluable and extremely natural scheme.
