A selection of exclusively natural raw materials (PORPHYRY, QUARTZ & GRANITE) recovered and ground from the processing of stones into an original mixture then compacted by pressing. The uniqueness of LA PIETRA COMPATTATA surfaces, along with the high technical performances, allows them to be used both indoor & outdoor on floors and walls applications.

Colors and surfaces conquer the space: the wide and innovative chromatic range blends with different finishes, ranging from the more modern ones with square edges to the rounded or more uneven ones featuring a unique handcrafted look.

In the Emilian dialect, “tesa” was a barn. A simple place, expertly constructed. Perforated walls let in air and light, allowing the hay to breathe, protecting it, preserving it. Much more than an agricultural structure: it was a living space, part of the landscape, a silent memory of a life made of slow gestures, seasons, toil, and beauty. TESA re-establishes a bond, a natural continuity between memory and matter. It captures the essence of an ancient geometry and transforms it into a contemporary structure. Each element is a play of solids and voids, of light and shadow. Fragments of landscape nestle within the carvings, marking the rhythm of time.
Tesa is a tribute to rural memory, a balance between function and poetry, between matter and landscape. A name that evokes the echo of farmyards, the scent of wheat, and the silence of slow labor. A form that, even today, can tell a story. Tesa is the memory of a distant poem, born from the sun rising over the fields. Its openings are windows that look out onto an authentic and symbolic past. Moment, Instant, and Instant, from the smallest to the largest, are three ways of narrating a distant time that adapts to the present with a free and solid structure.
